Narrative
After a family tragedy, three generations of the Dietz family returned home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her teenage daughter Astrid accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife. Jenna Ortega, Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Kathryn O’Hara, Justin Theroux and Monica Bellucci share why shooting Tim Burton’s film Beetlejuice was an unforgettable experience for them. Tim Burton said that this film will be made only if Michael Keaton returns to reprise his role.

I really didn’t like this movie

There wasn’t enough Beetlejuice, the human side of the drama was dull. I didn’t feel connected to the new characters.
This film was really lacking
The charm of the first one was in the way Beetlejuice tormented the Dietz family. In general, I think that I am very generous with a rating of 6 out of 10, I could put it lower. No serious complaints about the acting, but it just didn’t have the magic of the first film. It was simply not possible to catch this essence.
